The Panther Tuneup is only available for Windows XP and Vista.  For older operating systems we can provide the old tuneup with limited protection from spyware and viruses.  Windows 98 and ME have been unsupported by Microsoft for almost 2 years, and you should begin budgeting for a newer system.   Windows 95 machines should be replaced by all but the very specialized vertical applications as they haven't been supported for nearly 5 years, the hardware is largely unavailable from reliable sources, and after ten years, you've gotten your monies worth.
