Well that depends on what you're asking.  The series was largely prompted by the ridiculous and often absurd charade a local computer store owner and radio show "entertainer" put forth as educated facts on the subject of computers.  His show is on Saturday mornings which were once quiet in the Panther Computer's store.  That ceased to be shortly after I started the series so that now we have consistantly had you, our customers in the store early on Saturdays.  This has allowed us to concentrate on on your needs and ignore the uninformative and often harmful (legal disclaimer -  in our opinion) advice given by a CyberNovice.

It is rare that we have the time to turn on the radio and give it the proper attention to help correct any half baked ideas that may be communicated there.  Though many of you come give us a synopisis of some of his antics, without hearing the content and the context of the shows material first hand, it would be unjust to use our expertise to challenge a second hand interpretation.

Considering the man has been a HurricaneMeister, a TalkShowMeister, a CompuMeister (yeah right), and is an expert on everything - our best advice is to read this site, pick up a copy of The EscaRosa Press, or look to national experts that have gotten syndication by being mostly right.  The series CyberStupid will continue, however slowly, to refute any bad advice given in the technology area by any media outlet or being inferred by our customers that other local stores are suggesting.

Now if your question refers to the previously mentioned store owners Santa Rosa location in Pace next to CiCi's Pizza, then the answer is he went back to Pensacola with his tail between his legs.  Based on information I have been privy to, in my opinion is that his was a bad concept, poorly executed, underfunded, oh and a little business reason Location, Location, Location.  A basic building block in Business 101.  Yeah great shopping area, but bad location for one who understand the computer business and its clientel.  Not the employee's fault, as I have heard him claim, it was the Captain... or should I refer to him as a CyberCaptain or CaptainMeister?  It all sounds CyberStupid to me.
