Trash Sites

Trash sites are popping up all over the place trying to provide you a "better" Better Business Bureau service without the attempt to provide a fair and professional method of evaluating the gossip like complaints, verifying them, or allowing a business a chance to refute the libellous nature of these complaints.

Sites like ripoffreport.com and angieslist.com hide behind the anonymity of the internet, using distance to isolate themselves from lawsuits, and requiring business owners to "sign up" to see or answer a complaint.  Their Terms of service require that you agree to not sue them or settle for arbitration in order to gain access to their site.

I call them trash sites because their only purpose is to allow businesses to be trashed.  This means that anonymous malicious pranksters can make up anything they want, competitors can secretly campaign against each other, and angry customers that didnt get their way can try to do harm.

As we find complaints on these sites, we will reprint them here and proivide an answer to the complaint.   Since some people won't even give a business a chance to consider their discontent, where applicable we will admit fault and explain how we hope to do better in the future.

We do the best we can to provide our customers fair and honest service, but unfornately the customer isn't always right.  Too many people try to take advantage of businesses to get "their way" knowingly trying to cheat a business, or refusing to take responsibility for their decisions and actions.  If you are one of these people, you wont be the first or the last to be refused service.

If you are a member of one of these trash sites and see complaints on our buisness, we would like to see them.
