Last year at this time many competitors tried to scare you into buying their systems then before the Windows XP sky had fallen. Since then we have continued to build Panther Computers with XP as our wholesalers still had the operating system available. As of our last order all Windows XP operating systems have been pulled from wholesale and we will no longer be able to provide you new computers with XP.
We have two copies left, one professional that can be used to build a custom PC for you, and one Home edition that is already installed on an entry level computer on par with one of our Cubs. After these two are gone, we will have a handful of Vista left for those who need or want it at a discount, but all future Panther Computers with Windows will have Windows 7. We continue to provide you a cost savings if you choose Ubuntu (Linux) over Windows as your operating system of choice. We will still sell used and reconditioned systems with XP as long as they are economically viable.
